Lazard Family Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration for an award the applicant must:
• Be a graduating senior from Durham High School
• Be enrolling in a trade school or community college offering trade programs

• Essay: Please provide a personal statement or essay of no more than 500 words for the following prompt: What has been the inspiration for pursuing your chosen trade?
• Please provide one letter of recommendation from a teacher at Durham High School
