Message to Donors
Frank Lazard, Sr. was a man who loved his job! He was a Journeyman Lineman and went on to be an instructor with the JATC, teaching apprentice linemen. The Lazard family desires to help those who have a passion for a trade. The world needs you!
Fund Purpose
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to award scholarships to Durham High School graduating seniors and graduates seeking educational opportunities at a trade school.
