Paradise Ridge Community Land Group Fund

The primary purpose of the fund shall be to provide a way for land within the Camp Fire burn scar area to be donated to the fund for affordable housing or other public use. Decisions regarding use and disposition of donated land are made by the representatives of three 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities: Habitat for Humanity of Butte County, Community Housing Improvement Program Incorporated, and Rebuild Paradise Foundation Inc. Cash donations are needed to cover costs of reviewing potential land for donation as well as support carrying costs once land is donated.
