Message to Donors

At the Graceful Aging Institute of Northern California, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to embrace where they are at in the aging process. This is called Graceful Aging.

Through evidence-based breath-work and gentle, circular movement practices, participants learn simple techniques that support overall health and wellness. Research now shows that combining mindful breathing with movement helps reduce inflammation in the joints and muscle tissue. We also specialize in addressing the PTSD aspects of falling to improve balance and mobility, enhance cognitive function and promote a greater sense of physical and emotional well-being.

Your generous support helps us provide educational programs, workshops and resources that empower individuals to move better, breathe more efficiently and enjoy a higher quality of life as they age.

Together, we can help people thrive — not just grow older.

Fund Purpose

The fund purpose is to assist in the establishment of Graceful Aging Institute of Northern California as a nonprofit legal entity within California and as a 501(c)(3) under the IRS Code.  The Graceful Aging Institute of Northern California will empower adults to age with strength, confidence and independence through educational and movement programs that help individuals maintain mobility, prevent functional decline and improve quality of life.
