Message to Donors
This will be the first memorial erected in Colusa County to honor the five officers who have fallen in the line of duty. The memorial will be located in front of the historic courthouse and funded entirely by private donations.
Fund Purpose
The purpose of the Fund shall be to raise money to establish a law enforcement memorial to honor Colusa County officers killed in the line of duty. Funds will be used primarily to pay for the construction of a memorial structure in Colusa County, with any funds in excess of the need or otherwise available to be committed to the purpose of memorializing officers killed in the line of duty.
