Children's Science Education Endowment Fund

Message to Donors

Formerly known as the Chico Science Fair Foundation, it has promoted the wonders of science among youth since 1984. The Children's Science Education Endowment Fund will provide grants for programs open to primarily elementary school participants from throughout Butte County. Programs will be selected each year for funding or every two years depending on the nature and costs of program proposals submitted to North Valley Community Foundation for consideration through a publicly announced grant program.

Fund Purpose

The Chico Science Fair Foundation has evolved to the Children's Science Education Endowment Fund. View more information below.

Fund distributions are for programs that provide education and enlightenment of primarily elementary-age schoolchildren with a focus on science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
