To fund the Chico Police Department’s Blue Santa Program.

The Blue Santa Program is a way for the Chico Police Department to reach out to local children in the community. Blue Santa visits places such as Esplanade House, the Torres Shelter, the Jesus Center and Enloe Medical Center pediatric ward to reach out to children and hand out sweets and gifts to children to help celebrate the holiday season.
