Chico PD - Ryan Hyland Memorial Scholarship

The Chico Police Department Volunteers in Police Service shall offer 2 scholarships annually in the amount of $250 each. Ryan Hyland was a volunteer with the Chico Police Department VIPS program for 2 years. Ryan had dreams of a career in law enforcement after graduating from Chico State.

This scholarship is our way of keeping “Ryan’s memory alive and giving others an opportunity to make their dreams come true.”
