Hi, I’m Tori!
I’m a proud Chico State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in diversity studies. As a first-generation college student, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of education and the strength of community connection.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Care Team! For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my work to empowering youth and creating spaces where young people can thrive, discover their strengths and step confidently into their potential. I’m deeply compassionate and intentional about building a welcoming, judgment-free environment where everyone feels valued, supported and heard. Supporting and uplifting youth isn’t just my career — it’s my passion and purpose.

Outside of work, I’m a proud stepmom to one amazing little girl and a fur mom to two lively dogs. I love being outdoors, tending to my plants, playing softball, exploring local coffee shops, and enjoying board games or walks around the neighborhood. Most of all, I cherish time with my family — especially my two sisters and our visits to my grandparents’ home.

Having grown up and built my life here, my heart is deeply rooted in this community. I’m committed to helping make Butte County a place where every young person feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
