Message to Donors
The 20-acre City-owned Comanche Creek Greenway (CCG) comprises both “Primary Open Space” and “Secondary Open Space” designated by the Chico General Plan. Our overall goal is to achieve the objectives established by the City adopted Southwest Chico Neighborhood Improvement Plan for the Comanche Creek Corridor. These objectives address Safety, Environmental and Traffic Circulation Issues.
Fund Purpose
The Comanche Creek Greenway Improvement Project specifies recreational improvements, pedestrian and bike trails, and other amenities to support public use by surrounding neighborhoods and nearby business employees.
