DCBA Clean and Safe Charitable Fund

Clean-Up Brigade: consists of four paid individuals, lifting themselves up and out of homelessness. They work downtown and in the surrounding parks, 6 days a week, 3-5 hours a day, making sure our merchants & patrons have a clean experience in Downtown Chico; and our Downtown Private Security detail, which compliments the Chico Police schedule year round.
