Fund Purpose
The Connecting Point Foundation supports the work of Connecting Point, a public agency based in Nevada County that promotes the health and independence of community members through programs focusing on employment and in-home care. Connecting Point is also the home of Nevada County’s 211 program, a 24/7 information and assistance line that connects people to local programs and services.
