Ashleigh Shibles

I was born (and somewhat) raised in California in Paradise as well as Durham, although for a large portion of my life I also lived in North Carolina. I am currently a full-time student at Butte studying social work, in hopes of transferring to Chico State, going down the path of family therapy to help as many kids as possible through shared experience.

In my free time I love to do just about everything, although some of my favorites include traveling, basketball and anything in the dirt. Family and friends are also a main part of my life and I can typically be found with them. An interesting fact about myself is that I have lived in six different states mostly due to parents being in the military.

My main goal in life is to make people feel good. I love volunteering and helping others in any way I can. That is one main part of this job that excites me, being able to make others happy.
