Growing Place Chico Support Fund

Growing Place Chico is an integrated mental health counseling center serving Butte County. We are a whole-person healing community for people the conventional system was never built to reach — which, if we are honest, is most of us.

Our clients are children carrying trauma their words cannot reach. Adults whose nervous systems have been shaped by years of chronic threat — addiction, relational injury, anxiety, fear, loss. Families trying to build something different than what they inherited. They come to us through word of mouth, because someone told them we were different, and we are.

Medi-Cal covers a session. It does not pay for the horse, the experiential space, the nutrition work, the movement programming — the things that make integrated care actually work. This fund exists to sustain a model that is already proven and already growing, but that falls outside every billing code.

Our goal is not a transaction. It is a community of people who recognize something they already believed was true — that people heal through relationship, through presence, through the body, through the company of other living beings. We are inviting you to be one of them.
