Stiefvater Senior Endowment Grant Application

Supporting the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults.

The Emil & Leonora Stiefvater Senior Endowment exists to support the emotional, physical, and/or spiritual needs of older adults. Its grant program provides financial and infrastructure support to nonprofit organizations that serve seniors.


  • Grant applicants are invited to complete the application below in order to begin a conversation with the funder about the needs of seniors in their community. Successful applicants will describe their current efforts, their goals for growth, and how they plan to craft sustainable long-term solutions to challenges facing seniors.
  • Grants are intended to leverage existing funds and income streams to complete or enhance existing projects.
  • Grant requests will be considered on a rolling basis.
  • The Stiefvater Senior Endowment will award one grant per organization per fiscal year (September 1 – August 31).
