Each time our community is impacted by disaster,- whether it’s fire, flood, or pandemic, 2-1-1 responds as a point of contact for accurate public safety information and referrals to relief and recovery services. We work in partnership with the County, CalFire, Sheriff’s Office, and hundreds of community organizations also responding. 2-1-1 continues each day to help Fire survivors with their immediate needs as well as supporting them in their long term recovery from catastrophic loss and trauma.

Anyone can call or text 2-1-1 for live help. Our Telephone Helpline is open 24/7, 365 days a year. We are here for our most vulnerable community members and for anyone seeking support for themselves, a family member, or a friend. 2-1-1 services are non-judgmental, confidential and multilingual.
