Upcycled Makers Market
Fund Purpose
The fund purpose is to assist in the establishment of the Upcycled Makers Market as a nonprofit legal entity within California and as a 501(c)(3) under the code. When the nonprofit entity is established, its purpose will be to create an arts-based thrift store that supports local artists and promotes upcycling and conservation. Advisor agrees that said purpose shall be diligently pursued and accomplished within 18 months of creation of the fund.

UMM exists to reduce the amount of items going into the landfill and to divert materials for art supplies, while providing a community space that supports artists and inspires creative reuse. The space includes an art supply thrift store, gallery and workshop area.
