We Exist to Fuel

Healing and Compassion

 for a Better World

NVCF stands with nonprofits and organizations fighting for racial equality in America.

Provided below are social justice organizations actively campaigning for legislation to end police violence and racial injustice.

"LDF seeks structural changes to expand democracy, eliminate disparities, and achieve racial justice in a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans."

"EJI is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the U.S., challenging racial and economic injustice, and protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society."

"Funds donated to Campaign Zero support the analysis of policing practices across the country, research to identify effective solutions to end police violence, technical assistance to organizers leading police accountability campaigns and the development of model legislation and advocacy to end police violence nationwide."

We hold hundreds of individual funds, each embodying a community member's dream for a better world.

There have been some incredible people who have jumped in to help (after the Camp Fire) and it starts, in my opinion, with the North Valley Community Foundation -- raising millions of dollars, out there assessing the needs of our communities in real time and finding the best places to help.
