Fieldstone Alliance offers 22 possible structural changes to help nonprofits cope with financial difficulties

In their current newsletter Nonprofit Tools You Can Use, Fieldstone Alliance, an organization helping improve nonprofit efectiveness, offers a look at structural strategies that can help nonprofits respond to finacial difficulties. Structural strategies involve organizational change. When major external change happens, it’s important to look internally to revisit and, if necessary, revise your mission and approach in order to serve the community in the best way possible.

To help you think about structural strategy options, Fieldstone Alliance consulting staff put together a "real-time" resource chart. You’ll find up-to-date information and examples of the three main types of structural strategies. They also offer a free newsletter to their newsleter. Go to the Fieldstone Alliance site for details.
